Screen time, café style
Take a seat.
Put the phone down.
Loky runs a cosy little café for your focus. Grab a table, pick how long you’re staying, and the apps that eat your day stay locked until you stand up.

Less scrolling, without the willpower contest

Take a seat
Every focus session is a visit to the café
Pick a table, choose study, work, reading or a workout, and say how long you’re staying. Loky locks the apps you picked until you stand up. Finish and you get a receipt, XP and a stamp on your streak.

Rounds
Pomodoro, with refills
Work in rounds of 25 or 50 minutes. Your apps open up during the break and lock again when the next round starts, so a break doesn’t turn into an hour of scrolling.

Daily limit
A limit that actually locks
Set how much screen time feels healthy, or let Loky build the plan from your answers and bring it down week by week. When you hit it, the apps lock. Your house rules decide how strict that is.

Bedtime
Your apps go to sleep before you do
Tell Loky when you go to bed and your apps lock an hour before, every night, so you actually wind down instead of doom scrolling in the dark.
Built on Apple’s Screen Time
The locks are real iOS Screen Time shields, not a reminder you can swipe away. And Loky never sees which apps you picked or what you do in them. Apple keeps that private.
Streaks you’ll want to keep
Every finished visit earns XP and a stamp on your streak. Level up to unlock new seats in the café, from the window table to the booth.
Strict, or gentle
Your house rules decide what happens at your limit: a gentle nudge, one pause a day, or no way around it. You pick how tough Loky gets.
Questions
How does Loky block apps?
Loky uses Apple’s Screen Time framework, the same system behind iOS’s own app limits. You pick the apps once, and while you’re seated, past your daily limit or after bedtime, iOS shows a lock screen over them.
Can Loky see what I do on my phone?
No. Apple’s Screen Time API never tells Loky which apps you chose or what you do in them. Loky only learns that a lock started or a limit was reached.
What does it cost?
Loky Pro is a subscription, billed weekly or yearly through the App Store. You see the exact price in the app before you pay, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
What if I really need an app?
That’s what house rules are for. Gentle mode lets you through with a nudge, Pause gives you one break a day, and Hard keeps the lock until it ends. During Pomodoro breaks your apps are open anyway.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, on a recent version of iOS. Android isn’t available yet.
